What is your management fee?
Our management fee is 20% (excluding VAT if applicable). All necessary costs are covered by the owner (you will get a detailed report every month or as agreed). We only earn when you do—our incentives are fully aligned with maximizing your income. Example calculation:
- Revenue of the week: 1000€
- Cleaning and bedding: 100€
- Maintenance works: 20€
- Management fee with VAT: 241€
- Payout to the owner: 638€
