    Our management fee is 20% (excluding VAT if applicable). All necessary costs are covered by the owner (you will get a detailed report every month or as agreed). We only earn when you do—our incentives are fully aligned with maximizing your income. Example calculation:

    • Revenue of the week: 1000€
    • Cleaning and bedding: 100€
    • Maintenance works: 20€
    • Management fee with VAT: 241€
    • Payout to the owner: 638€
